1. General Information
All services provided by Psych-Scent Emporium are intended for wellness, relaxation, and support of emotional and physical well-being. Aromatherapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and encourage you to consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients must inform the practitioner of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, current medications, or if they are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate changes in health or wellness before any session or product is created.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to discontinuation of future service.
4. Custom Blends & Products
All custom aromatherapy blends are made to order and are non-refundable. If a client has concerns about a product or its effect, they should discontinue use immediately and contact us. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments to ensure your satisfaction and safety.
5. Workshops & Events
Workshop bookings may require a deposit and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
6. Product Use & Safety
All products are for external use only unless otherwise clearly labeled. Essential oils must be used with care—do not ingest, apply undiluted to the skin, or use near the eyes or mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children and pets unless the product is specifically formulated for them.
7. Liability
By using our services or purchasing products, the client agrees to assume full responsibility for their use and releases Psych-Scent Emporium and its practitioners from any liability arising from improper use, allergic reactions, or undisclosed medical conditions.
8. Privacy Policy
All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except where required by law. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, blend recipes, workshop materials, and product formulations are the intellectual property of Psych-Scent Emporium and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.
10. Agreement
By booking an appointment, attending a workshop, or purchasing a product, you agree to the above Terms and Conditions.
